Integrity by definition is a steadfast adherence to a strict moral or ethical code. This quality is difficult to find in any individual in the world we live in today. Fortunately, there are few people still around that adhere to this old-fashioned concept. Gloria Worley is one of very few people in this world that do.

Gloria holds a strong value system that supports hard work, honesty, fairness, and a guide from God. Her background includes small business entrepreneurship, as well as extensive schooling in the field she is in today. For the past 8 years, she has been a dominate force in the local real estate market. Yet, if you asked her today where she attributes her success in her life, she wouldn’t think twice to claim her fame in thanks to God.

As well as a strong work ethic, Gloria holds an instilled value for taking care of her family. Her husband and she are owners of a local beach restaurant and together support two children, a son and a daughter. Gloria says, “Without a well-built family background in this world, some of the simplest things can seem unbearably surpass able.”

As well as family, Gloria finds a “client” to be a part of her life. She “builds friends, not clientele,” she claims. Creating a network of people that you know and interact with years after the relationship is formed is what she is all about. Gloria exclaims, “I still have friendly conversations with people that worked with me when I first started in this business. When these sorts of interactions take place, that is when I know I am in the right business, doing the right thing!”
